Yummie, a women’s shapewear line started by “The Real Housewives of New York City” star Heather Thompson, is relocating to a new showroom in the Garment District, according to a press release from the landlord, Savitt Partners.

The designer inked a deal last week for 9,000 square feet at 530 Seventh Avenue between West 38th and West 39th Streets. Ms. Thompson won’t be moving too far; her office is currently located a few blocks away at 561 Seventh Avenue between West 40th and West 41st Streets.

“When we were looking for a new space for Yummie, we knew 530 Seventh was the perfect fit,” Ms. Thomson said in prepared remarks. “The space is beautiful and easily accommodates the rapidly changing needs of our business, plus the central Midtown location makes it convenient to access any part of Manhattan.”

Asking rents in the 450,000-square-foot building average $58 per square foot, said a Savitt spokeswoman, who declined to provide terms of the lease. The New York Post first reported news of the lease.

Bob Savitt, Brian Neugeboren and Nicole Goetz represented Savitt in-house, while Jonathan Schindler and Conor Kenney of DTZ represented the tenant.

The 85-year-old building has stitched together a growing list of fashion tenants in the last year. Quiksilver, the snowboard and skiing clothing brand, recently renewed its lease for 3,600 square feet, as Commercial Observer reported this month. In March, three fashion firms inked deals for space between 1,700 and 3,600 square feet.
