Bromley Group Renews Space on West 26th Street

The Bromley Group, a fashion and lifestyle communications agency, has re-signed its lease for 4,200 square feet at 15 West 26th Street between Broadway and Avenue of the Americas.

The lease includes the entire third floor of the property. Asking rents were $40 per square foot.

EVO Real Estate Group’s Elliot Klein and Jared Anderson represented the landlord, Mesa Realty Associates, LLC. There was no tenant broker. The deal closed at the end of January.

“It’s a renewal of a happy tenant that wants to stay in the building,” said Mr. Klein of the Bromley Group. “[The company] has been in the building for fifteen years and they preferred to remain in the building,” said Mr. Klein.

When asked why The Bromley Group wanted to stay in the building, Mr. Klein replied with three words: “location, location, location.”

The Bromley Group represents a number of footwear, apparel, accessories and children’s companies, including Puma, Reebok, Ugg Australia, True Religion, Babies “R” Us and Guess. The company did not immediately return a request for comment.
