The five-story walkup complex spanning 147,400 square feet was the subject of a landlord-tenant battle a couple of years ago following the firing of several union workers, as Norwood News previously reported. The entity 3224 Grand Concourse LLC bought the buildings in November 2011 for $9.8 million, property records indicate. They include 112 residential units and five commercial units, according to PropertyShark.

Eli Bleeman, a co-founder and the vice president of Paramount Homes and whose name appears in the deed, wasn’t immediately reachable for comment, and nor was the seller.
