Trinity Women’s Care will be coming to 1845 Adam Clayton Powell Boulevard between 112 and 113th Streets.

The women’s healthcare network has leased a 1,325-square-foot space at a rent of $40 per square foot, according to the spokeswoman for the landlord’s brokers, Douglas Elliman‘s Faith Hope Consolo, Joseph Aquino and Arthur Maglio. John Masserano of Masserano Real Esate and Consulting represented the tenant.

Prior to the deal’s closing, the Tahl Propp Equities-owned space was vacant. The new lease is for seven years.

Headed by Dr. Candice Fraser, Trinity Women’s Care is part of the MBA HealthGroup and will focus on obstetrics, gynecology and pre-natal care.

Other medical tenants in the building are Open Bright Pediatric Dentistry and Central Park North Orthodontics.

“Although this is a new practice, it is part of a healthcare network with more than 25 years of experience,” said Mr. Maglio in a prepared statement. “This is an area with a large female population, so there is an absolute need for the kinds of services that Trinity Women’s Care will deliver.”

“We are also very excited that Trinity Medical Care will be such a good complementary use with Open Bright Pediatric Dentistry and Central Park North Orthodontics, creating a new destination for many families in the surrounding area,” Mr. Masserano said.
