At Durst, Ms. Frey helped to market more than 10 million square feet of commercial property, as The Real Deal reported when Ms. Frey started at the firm at the end of 2010. That followed a stint as a director of brokerage services at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank. She has also worked as an associate director of brokerage services at Cushman & Wakefield and as an analyst at Investment Strategies Fund.

Ms. Frey has represented tenants like Morgan Stanley, CBS and Tommy Hilfiger, The Real Deal noted. At Durst, “she was part of the team that repositioned 205 East 42nd [Street] into a not-for-profit hub,” said Durst’s spokesman, Jordan Barowitz. “When she started, 205 was nearly vacant; today it is 93 percent occupied.”

Ms. Frey’s last day at Durst was on Aug. 8.

“Brandl was a great member of our team and was offered an exciting opportunity at another firm,” Mr. Barowitz said. “We wish her the best of luck.”
