Tribeca Holdings Picks Up Home to Graff Diamonds for $70M

Tribeca Holdings has nabbed 710 Madison Avenue, inhabited by Graff Diamonds, in a $70 million deal that closed March 19 and was recorded with the city on Tuesday.
Graff Diamonds is owned by billionaire Laurence Graff, Limerick Leader noted.
The seller of the five-story, 8,400-square-foot 63rd Street, building, which was home to a Givenchy boutique until 2008, is Newton, Mass.-based Greentop Realty Corp.
Graff Diamonds didn’t respond to a request for comment by press time and Tribeca Holdings and Greentop weren’t immediately reachable.
