Law firm Emery Celli Brinckerhoff & Abady is moving to bigger digs at Rockefeller Center, Commercial Observer has learned.

The firm, which has an active commercial and real estate litigation practice, is expanding its office space by more than 4,000 square feet to 16,163 square feet comprising the entire 10th floor at 600 Fifth Avenue near 48th Street.

ECBA currently occupies 12,000 square feet at 75 Rockefeller Plaza.

Studley’s Paul Revson, Zev J. Holzman and Chase Gordon represented the tenant in the transaction. The building’s landlord Tishman Speyer was represented in-house. The firm declined to comment.

According to Mr. Revson, ECBA will be moving in August 1. The firm picked 600 Fifth Avenue because it wanted to stay in Rockefeller Center, be able to expand and still have a full floor.

“600 Fifth Avenue at Rockefeller Center is a top location that will help further establish ECBA’s presence in the Midtown marketplace, while giving them the room to grow and recruit top talent,” Mr. Revson said in a prepared statement.
