“The Falchi Building is a perfect location for Juice Press and from a distribution standpoint Long Island City is a great hub for them,” said Dan Turkewitz of Jones Lang LaSalle, who represented the tenant alongside Alexander Chudnoff.

Juice Press operates 14 retail locations, 12 of which are located in Manhattan. The company expects to open an additional eight stores by the end of this year. As reported by Commercial Observer, Juice Press signed a 400-square-foot lease at 239 Columbus Avenue last year.

“The business is doing extremely well, this lease is a pure growth move,” Mr. Turkewitz added.

Ken Langone, the co-founder of Home Depot, Kenny Dichter, founder of Marquis Jet, and Mark Teixeira, first baseman for the New York Yankees, sit on the Juice Press Board of Directors.

The landlord was represented by Mitch Arkin of Cushman & Wakefield (CWK) and Greg Smith of JRT. Mr. Arkin did not immediately return requests seeking comment.
