Williamsburg is getting a 400,000-square-foot office building on the waterfront and right by the Wythe Hotel, Output and Brooklyn Bowl.

The developer Heritage Equities is filing plans with the Department of Buildings today for the site at Kent Avenue between North 13th and 14th Streets. The site will house tech, creative and community tenants, according to Brownstoner. 19-Kent-Avenue-Photo

Earlier this month, The Real Deal reported that Heritage was in contract to purchase the entire city block. Sources pegged the sale price at $30 million and speculated that asking rents would be roughly $60 a foot. The company has been on a buying spree in Williamsburg and Greenpoint, having recently snatched up the St. Vincent de Paul church, 310 North 7th Street and 96 Wythe Avenue, where it plans to build a 160-room hotel.
