The knitwear brand NIC+ZOE extended and expanded its lease at 561 Seventh Avenue, The Commercial Observer has learned. The business will now take 2,900 square feet in the building.
Scott Galin and Darrell Handler of Handler Real Estate Organization represented the landlord. The tenant represented itself. Asking rent was $45 per square foot.
“NIC+ZOE is a tremendous brand whose appeal and reach only continues to grow,” Mr. Galin said in a prepared statement.“New and expanding creative firms are increasingly seeking out Midtown just south of Times Square.”
The tenant launched its first national ad campaign earlier this year and was featured in magazines including Harper’s Bazaar, Vogue and Vanity Fair.
