A massive chunk of retail space across the street from the Macy‘s flagship will be up for grabs in 2015, and the marketing is heating up.

Foot Locker currently occupies much of the retail portion at 112 West 34th Street in Herald Square. But when that least expires, landlord W&H Properties will have 90,000 square feet of retail real estate to fill.

Cushman & Wakefield‘s Joanne Podell is listing the three-story space, which hit the market in April. It covers 23,888 square feet on the ground floor, 28,651 square feet on the second floor, and 36,990 square feet on the lower level.

Malkin Holdings oversees W&H’s portfolio. “This is a worldwide outreach because no other space availability in recent memory offers a comparable scope of opportunity for an international retailer,”Anthony Malkin, president of Malkin Holdings, said in a prepared statement.

In April, Swatch Group inked a 1,837-square-foot lease at the address, meeting asking rents of $1,000 a foot.
