Eastern Consolidated Hires Matthew Sparks Amid Investment Sales Team Growth

Eastern Consolidated announced today that it has hired Matthew Sparks as senior director, a move that continues the firm’s growth of its commercial investment sales team.

Mr. Sparks, 41, has worked in investment sales for 15 years. Most recently, he was a managing partner at ERG Property Advisors.

Highlights of Mr. Sparks’s $850 million in transactions include the sales of: 44 West 28th Street for $51.5 million, 56-58 Canal Street for $36 million, and 1321 and 1330 Fifth Avenue for $28 million. His largest deal so far is the sale of the Marion Scott portfolio, a 1,100-square-foot Housing and Urban Development package of seven upper Manhattan properties.
