LaForce + Stevens Signs Lease at 41 East 11th Street

Marketing and public relations firm LaForce + Stevens has signed a 10-year, 20,000-square-foot lease for the entire sixth floor at 41 East 11th Street, The Commercial Observer has learned from CompStak.

The company will pay rents starting in the mid-$40s per square foot, according to CompStak’s data. The website for the landlord broker, Thomas Campenni, of the Thomas F. Campenni Company, who also manages the property, describes the aggregate value of the lease as $10 million.

1-00563-0001.G94jXH6UThe building, which is also known by its alternative address 93-95 University Place, is now completely rented, according to Mr. Campenni’s website. Mr. Campenni declined to comment further on the deal.

Elsewhere in the 250,000-square-foot building, TechSpace, an office space provider, offers 60,000 square feet of work space across 104 office suites and 585 workstations.

Founded 15 years ago, LaForce + Stevens is currently headquartered at 132 West 21st Street. The company’s client roster boasts prominent names in the fashion, hospitality, media and real estate industries, including Target, Banana Republic, Milly, Veuve Clicquot, 3M, and LinkedIn.

The tenant and its representative, Michael Plavin, vice president at Cresa, also declined to comment on the deal.
