Ad firm holding company Project WorldWide is expanding by 12,084 square feet at 11 East 26th Street in the Flatiron District.

James Buslik of Adams & Company represented the tenant and landlord, East Twenty Sixth Associates. Sasha Zarba of CBRE acted as a consultant to the tenant. Asking rent in the seven-year lease was $49 a square foot.

Mr. Buslik previously represented the landlord in a 2011 deal with Project WorldWide that brought it to 5,088 square feet in the building, a 101-year-old, 21-story tower just north of Madison Square Park. The Michigan-based company own 11 ad agencies whose clients include IBM and Volkswagon.

The Museum of Math takes up the first two floors of 11 East 26th Street, which the architecture firm BKSK gut renovated late last year.
