“Our engineering client needed a modern, energy efficient space that would do a great job at representing their growing business,” said John Harte, a broker at Studley and representative of the firm. “110 William offered a unique opportunity to couple such an installation, with the light and river views they desired to attract talent.”

The firm will be relocating from 15 Maiden Lane where the firm operated out of a smaller unit on the fourth floor. Spanning a portion of the 32nd floor, the highest in the building, EP Engineering will take 4,049 square feet at 110 William Street.

“The space will have exposed ceilings with sweeping views north and east of Midtown Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens and the East River bridges,” added Jonathan Dean, an in-house broker that represents Swig Equities in all leasing transactions at 110 William Street.

Operating out of a headquarters in New York and a satellite office in New Jersey, EP Engineering boasts an extensive list of clients across many industries in the tristate area, including the recently completed Columbia University Buell Hall Rose Galleries, where the firm renovated its electrical and lighting systems.

The asking rents were not disclosed, but the lease duration was set for 10 years.
