Videology was nearing the expiration of its current lease. “Company executives preferred to remain at Times Square Plaza as the building was an ideal location for its employees, clients and investors,” Mr. Wenk said in a prepared statement.  “We were able to find the right space for Videology on the fourth floor of 1500 Broadway and worked with the owner to ensure the tenant’s new offices were custom-built for the needs of the firm.”
