“Technology Solutions needed a high-quality warehouse in a central area, and with the building’s close proximity to bustling Downtown Brooklyn and the many modes of transportation at Atlantic Terminal, they found exactly what they were looking for at the Halsey property,” said Neil Dolgin, a co-president of Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates.

The complex, located in the Bedford-Stuyvesant and Crown Heights area is centrally located to the A and the C as well as the Nostrand Avenue station on the Long Island Railroad.

Jeffrey Unger, a broker from the same firm, attributed the motivation behind the deal to the tenant’s recent securing of a contract with a communications provider in the area. The warehouse will house several operations including administrative offices, logistics, and a distribution center.

Mr. Unger was the sole broker on the transaction, representing both Technology Solutions and Halsey Properties in the transaction. The complex is further managed by KND Management, the management arm of the Brooklyn-based Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates.

Mr. Unger further noted that leasing activity in the complex has been busy and that, with the completion of this lease, it has reached 100 percent occupancy. The complex has attracted a wide array of tenants including transportation, restaurant equipment supply, sign manufacturing, electronics refurbishing, and warehousing and distribution companies.
