ServiceNow will be shifting around offices in Midtown.

The leading cloud-based services that automate enterprise IT operations move offices and double their space at W&H Properties' One Grand Central Place. The firm had initially taken a 4,969 square foot space on the 23rd floor in 2009 and will be moving to a 11,841 square foot space on the 12th floor.

The new office features exposed ceilings and concrete floors.

"We're very selective with our tenant choices," said Anthony Malkin, president of Malkin Holdings, in a prepared statement. "We look for credit-worthy tenants with strong potential for growth, and we make it possible for that growth to take place within our buildings. ServiceNow is a perfect example of this process."

A brokerage team from Colliers International consisting of Jim Arbata, Brian Given, and Sheena Gohil represented the tenant. The team could not be reached for contact. The brokerage duo Ryan Kass and William Cohen of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented the landlord. The duo has worked on leasing some of the most prominent spaces in New York, including the Empire State Building.

The office moving was made easy in part of One Grand Central Place's availability. The building has over 20 offices available that range from low triple digit square feet to 21,000 square feet across over a dozen floors. The building also has about 5,000 square feet of retail space available as well.
