Hunter Roberts, a construction firm based in New York, is moving its office from 2 World Financial Center to the east side of the lower Manhattan area, 32 Old Slip, according to a report by Crains New York.

Hunter Roberts will be taking over the entire tenth floor -- about 37,000 square feet -- for rents in the $40s per square foot. The building – owned by Beacon Capital – is a 36-story office tower comprised of over 1.1 million total square feet.

Sentry Centers, a company that already operates two conference centers in Midtown Manhattan, signed a deal to lease a 38,750 square foot space at 32 Old Slip, announced in September.

The building is a short walk from transportation options such as the 2 and 3, as well as the J and Z subway trains. It is two blocks from Wall Street and steps away from South Street.

Amenities include a granite and marble lobby, on-site tenant-only garage, security and a dedicated messenger center. There are 26 elevators and floor sizes range from 23,400 square feet to 38,750 square feet.

Despite multiple calls for comment on the deal, or to obtain the most basic information on the building, Beacon Capital was unresponsive. Hunter Roberts did not respond to calls for comment.
