HP Girlswear/BB Active Signs For 61,916 Square Feet of Office Space At 100 West 33rd Street

HP Girlswear/BB Active signed a lease for a total 61,916 square feet of office space spread over two floors at Vornado Realty Trust (VNO)‘s 100 West 33rd Street, the Herald Square building that houses the Manhattan Mall.

Arnold Gamberg, a senior executive manager at Murray Hill Properties, represented the tenant.  Vornado was represented in-house by Craig Panzirer, a vice president and director of the firm’s Penn Plaza portfolio, and Jared Solomon, a leasing agent.

The 12-story, 1.1-million-square-foot building takes up the entire eastern block of 6th Avenue between 32nd and 33rd Streets. Retail tenant in the Manhattan Mall portion of the building include J.C. Penney, Victoria’s Secret and Gamestop.

HP Girlswear/BB Active’s office neighbors include Polo Ralph Lauren and the advertising and public relations giant Interpublic Group of Companies. IPG in March expanded its lease in the building by 95,000 square feet, bringing its total footprint to 525,000 square feet in the 1.1-million-square foot property.
