Bravo Media is expanding their operations in New York.

The innovative production company has inked a 10-year deal to take 5,300 square feet at 145 West 28th Street. The new space, located on the second floor of the building, will feature a production studio and a green screen. The company boasts an impressive client list including work with Beyonce, Rihanna, IBM, HBO, and recently Anthony Bourdain‘s No Reservations.

“Bravo’s new space at 145 West 28th Street is the perfect place to continue on our path as a pioneering production company,” said Tim Donavan of Bravo Media, Inc in a prepared statement. “We are located in one of the best buildings in town with a great landlord and our clients love coming to our new space.”

Bravo Media will continue to operate out of their original space – a 5,000 square foot studio at 40 West 27th Street – as well, noted their broker, Michael Hymowitz from Adams & Co.

“Bravo was looking for a bigger space that would be comfortable for their clients, had a large layout and was a great investment,” he continued. “145 West 28th Street accomplished all of this for them, with the additional benefit of being a new building.”

Mr. Hymowitz exclusively represented Bravo Media and the landlord, 145 West 28th Street Associates, was represented by a broker from Winoker Realty.

The asking rent for the studio was $35 per square foot.
