<p><strong>Robert Half International</strong> has inked a deal at <strong>125 Park Avenue</strong>.</p>
<p>The world's largest specialized staffing firm will take 38,026 square feet covering the entire fourth floor and parts of the third floor at<strong> SL Green</strong>'s building across the street from Grand Central.<!--more--></p>
<p>The lease duration was set at 11 years.</p>
<p>"This lease, together with a recently signed new lease with <strong>Emerge212</strong> covering 30,679 square feet, improves leasing to 83.6 percent," said <strong>Steven</strong> <strong>Durels</strong>, director of leasing and real property at SL Green.</p>
<p>"These two transactions [cover] a total of 68,705 square feet at 125 Park Avenue," he added. The total square footage for the building is around 650,000 square feet.</p>
<p><strong>Hal Stein</strong> and <strong>Neil Goldmacher</strong> of <strong>Newmark Grubb Knight Frank</strong> represented <strong>Robert Half International</strong>. A leasing team from the same firm consisting of <strong>Brian Waterman</strong>, <strong>David Falk</strong>, <strong>Daniel Levine</strong>, <strong>Peter Shimkin</strong> and <strong>Jonathan Tootell</strong> represented SL Green in the transaction.</p>
<p>Over the past few years, SL Green has sold <strong>1221 Avenue of the Americas</strong> and acquired <strong>600 Lexington Avenue</strong> and 125 Park Avenue.</p>
<p>The asking rents within the building range from $58 to $65 per square foot with higher floors with a view on the upper end of the range.</p>
<p>Robert Half International will join several notable tenants including Newmark Knight Grubb Frank,<strong> Reed Elsevier, Inc.</strong>, <strong>Haworth</strong>, <strong>Canon Business Solutions</strong>, <strong>Chase Bank</strong> and <strong>Starbucks</strong>.</p>
