Fresh & Co. is set to open a new location in Midtown in early 2013.

The announcement comes in recent light of the eatery's fifth location on the corner of Broadway and Waverly Place, replacing the local twenty-four hour deli, Delion. The new, sixth location will open at W&H Properties' 1359 Broadway catering to those between Penn Station and Bryant Park.

"New Yorkers typically like quick service, and now with Fresh & Co. we can offer them healthy choices," Anthony Malkin, president of Malkin Holdings, the parent company of W&H Properties, said in a prepared statement. "It also adds to the growing variety of culinary options along the Broadway Office Corridor, enhancing the neighborhood’s amenities for the many new corporate users who are leasing here."

Fresh & Co., of course, will continue to server their locally grown, responsibly farmed, and synthetic fertilizer and pesticide-free food in the new 5,500 -square-foot space.

In addition to Fresh & Co.'s signing, Malkin Holdings has recently renovated a space in the same building to hold a multi-level restaurant. The space is approximately 14,000 square feet and set to bring in another quality restaurant and gourmet lunch option.

Jared Lack of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented both Fresh & Co. and Malkin Properties in the transaction.
