Insight Global, an information technology employment firm, has signed for 7,300 square feet at the Durst Organization’s 675 Third Avenue. The firm will move from the 30th floor at the building down to the 10th floor, where it will be able to occupy more space.

675 Third Avenue.

Located on the northeast corner of 42nd Street and Third Avenue, the 342,000-square-foot building is about 96 percent occupied, according to Karen Kuznick, who represented the Durst Organization in-house on the deal.

Eric Ferriello and Jodi Selvey from Colliers International, who couldn’t be reached for comment, represented the tenant.

“The building is a real mix,” Ms. Kuznick told The Commercial Observer. “It’s in a sense our only building that doesn’t have an anchor tenant. The largest tenant in the building is SS&C Technologies.” Other tenants there include Prudential Douglas Elliman and American Business Media.

Ms. Kuznick added that the asking rent was $54 a square foot. Insight will be taking three quarters of the 10th floor in a seven-year lease when it moves into the space, which was vacant at the time the lease was signed.
