American Masters USA has signed a deal for a new location in Brooklyn.

The provider of restaurant supplies and refrigeration services has signed an 11,000-square-foot deal at 1778 Pacific Street in Bedford-Stuyvesant. The company also leased 8,300 square feet in the building directly behind it at 1840-1842 Atlantic Avenue. The combined leases total nearly 20,000 square feet for American Masters. 

"[The two spaces] are prep areas and warehouse locations for the equipment," said Neil Dolgin, co-president of Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates, about the warehouses.

The company was attracted to the location because of the "Atlantic Avenue exposure and the convenience of the area to Manhattan," Mr. Dolgin added. The warehouses are easily accessed by both the A and C subway lines and the Nostrand Avenue Long Island Railroad station. The entrance to the Jackie Robison Parkway is close, as well, though commercial vehicles are prohibited from driving on the parkway.

Mr. Dolgin represented both the tenant and the owners, Atlantic Properties I and Atlantic Properties II, respectively, in the transactions. Another restaurant supply store that specialized in auctioned items, Atlantic Restaurant Supply Equipment, occupied the warehouse but has since moved down the street to 1035 Atlantic Avenue.

Passed Fort Greene on Atlantic Avenue starts the strip of restaurant supply stores that span throughout Bedford-Stuyvesant. There are a few supply stores in Manhattan on the Bowery and Lower East Side.
