<p>The 8,271-square-foot space at<strong> 230 West 41st Street</strong>, which also houses the <strong>CUNY Graduate School of Journalism</strong>, is currently being occupied by<strong> Scarab Consulting</strong>.</p>
<p>After being there for the past decade, the firm is looking to leave, and <strong>Atco Brokerage Services</strong> believes the space could be marketed to a printing company or law firm.<!--more--></p>
<p>"It would be a good war room for a law firm," said Peter Goldich, a managing director at <strong>Atco Brokerage Services</strong>. "It can be a medical facility, a diagnostic center, and the building's amenable to doing an expansion of the space," he added.</p>
<p>Asking rent for the space is <strong>$25-a-square-foot</strong>.</p>
<p>The building is owned by the <strong>Research Foundation of The City University of New York</strong>.</p>
<p>In its prime, the New York Herald Tribune was considered one of the premier newspapers in the country. With a roster of reporters like Tom Wolfe, Jimmy Breslin, Clay Felker, Walter Kerr and Art Buchwald, it nabbed 14 Pulitzer Prizes over 40 years before being closed in 1966.</p>
<p>There are currently seven vacancies in the 302,000 square foot building, according to <em>CoStar</em> data. <strong>Colliers International</strong> is the primary leasing agency for 230. W. 41st Street.</p>
