Ageless Men’s Health is set open a new office at 80 Park Avenue.
The health clinic will occupy a 1,200 square foot professional space on the ground floor of the condominium building.
“[Ageless Men's Health] is expanding and needed another office to treat men,” said Simone Lillian, a director at Sinvin Real Estate and broker on the deal.
“They wanted to be near Grand Central,” she added. “They were looking for location more than anything.”
The building, known as The 80 Park Avenue Condominium, is a 21-story 190,000 square foot residential property in Murray Hill. It was designed and constructed in 1954 by Kahn & Jacobs and Paul Resnick and then further converted to a condominium in 1983. The building is managed by Matthew Adam Properties, Inc.
Eli Someck, a president of Redwood Property Group, represented the owners of the ground floor office, Judith and Scott Kempe, in the transaction. The asking rent was $65 per square foot and the lease was set for five years.
Ageless Men’s Health first opened in 2007 as a testosterone replacement clinic in effort of helping symptoms such as declining libido, lack of energy, and weak erections. With over fifteen locations throughout the United States in cities such a Memphis, Atlanta, Las Vegas, Phoenix, South California, and, of course, New York, Ageless Men’s Health is committed to restoring testosterone levels, increasing daily performance, and shedding years of age off of their clients.
