		<description><![CDATA[<p><strong>CBRE</strong> has been tapped to lease up the retail space at the <strong>Durst Organization’s 4 Times Square,</strong> former home of ESPN Zone, which closed in June 2010, a victim of the recession.</p>
<p><strong>Amira Yunis,</strong> an executive vice president, and <strong>Gary Trock,</strong> a senior vice president—both at the <strong>CBRE Retail Group</strong>—will lead the team marketing the 42,550-square-foot space. It’s comprised of 9,704 square feet on the ground floor, 13,298 square feet on the second and 19,548 square feet on the third.</p>

<p>“We will be unveiling a new storefront and signage design that will highlight what is arguably the most prominent corner in the United States,” Ms. Yunis said in a prepared statement. “This is an opportunity to occupy a fantastic flagship location near some of the top selling retail outlets in the U.S., including <strong>Forever21, American Eagle </strong>and<strong> Aeropostale.</strong>”</p>
<p>As the<em> Wall Street Journal</em> reported in May, retailer<strong> <a title="Wall Street Journal" href="http://professional.wsj.com/article/SB10001424052702303674004577432552688139064.html?mg=reno-wsj" target="_blank">Express Inc. walked away</a></strong> from a deal to lease the space, opting to lease 30,000 square feet at 1552 Broadway instead.</p>
