“We will be unveiling a new storefront and signage design that will highlight what is arguably the most prominent corner in the United States,” Ms. Yunis said in a prepared statement. “This is an opportunity to occupy a fantastic flagship location near some of the top selling retail outlets in the U.S., including Forever21, American Eagle and Aeropostale.”

As the Wall Street Journal reported in May, retailer Express Inc. walked away from a deal to lease the space, opting to lease 30,000 square feet at 1552 Broadway instead.
