Another week, another honor for Jones Lang LaSalle tristate president Peter Riguardi. Indeed, just one week after accepting a “Person of the Year” award from the Realty Foundation during an elegant reception at the Waldorf Astoria, Mr. Rigardi received accolades yet again from hundreds of his contemporaries for his contributions to the real estate industry and National Jewish Health, which will benefit from the successful May 17 fundraiser. Those attending the packed event at Tribeca hotspot Three Sixty included Silverstein Properties’ Larry Silverstein and 2011 honoree Jason Pizer of Trinity Real Estate.
