New Hires Join Eastern Consolidated, Lee & Associates and Ackman-Ziff

reprintsLee & Associates, the large brokerage-owned commercial real estate firm that broke into the New York City market last year with the acquisition of Sierra Real Estate, has hired Dennis Someck and Mitchell Kunikoff as executive managing directors.
The brokers, who will also serve as principals at Lee & Associates, join the firm after time served at George Comfort & Sons. The appointments, which come one month after Mr. Kunikoff’s brother Robert joined the firm, mark the 30th new hire at Lee & Associates since January, when brokers Howard Rosen and John Cannon signed on.
“Dennis and Mitchell complement perfectly our other recent hires,” said James Wacht, president of Lee NYC, in a prepared statement. “As experienced veterans in commercial office leasing with extensive backgrounds and successful track records, Dennis and Mitchell will be valuable additions to the New York office.”
