Ms. Polsinelli, who most recently served as an associate vice president at Marcus & Millichap (MMI) before abruptly exiting earlier this month, will now focus on a broad and diversified range of investment opportunities, in the words of Eastern Consolidated president Daun Paris.

Teaming with Ms. Polsinelli will be Robert Khodadadian, who is coming to the real estate investment services firm after heading his own commercial real estate brokerage, Skyline Properties, for the past eight years. Before that, Mr. Khodadadian served as a sales director at Massey Knakal Realty Services.

“We are very excited to welcome both Adelaide and Robert to our company during this exciting growth period, when our specialty—off-market commercial real estate deals—has turned red-hot,” said Ms. Paris.

Among Ms. Polsinelli’s most noteworthy transactions are the Children’s Wear office building in Midtown, the Stefano Ricci retail flagship on Park Avenue, the famed Knitting Factory building in Tribeca, the Le Figaro Cafe building on Bleecker Street, the “Interior Design Building” in Midtown East, the former “Chemists’ Club,” which is now the Dylan Hotel, and the development site now known as Eastbridge Landing.
