The new office will double the space of their previous office, up to 8,000 square feet, and will sit on the top floor of a landmark building. The unit features aesthetic luxuries such as sixteen foot ceilings and stained glass skylights. CPEX will be able to house up to 55 workstations, as well as a training room, conference room, lunchroom, and an extensive library.

“The growth of our sales and leasing teams, in addition to the increased demand for our Business Services, Advisory & Acquisition teams has created a need for larger space,” said Gregory Roberts, chief operating officer, in a release.

In-house managing partner, Tim King, represented CPEX in the lease deal. The asking rent was $20 per square foot and the lease length was set for five years with a five year option.

Mr. King has over forty years of experience in real estate operations, sales, and leasing. As managing partner, Mr. King now overseas te firm’s business development and business line divisions.
