Two delectable leasing deals were announced by ABS Partners yesterday—for Bathtub Gin on the Far West Side, and Terroir Wine Bar, in Murray Hill.

From Latin food to trendy speakeasy on 9th Avenue.

Bathtub Gin, a speakeasy-type restaurant, will take 2,600 square feet at 132 Ninth Avenue, in the midst of a burgeoning dining area in Chelsea, between 18th and 19th streets.

ABS is also shopping other restaurant space in the area.

Meanwhile on to the east, “The Elitist Wine Bar for Everyone,” Terroir Wine Bar, has inked for 1,600 square feet for its third instantiation at 439 Third Avenue. Paul Grieco, a sommelier, has partnered with Chef Marco Canora at Terroir. They co-own the restaurant.

The building was recently acquired by The Parkoff Organization,and houses other popular dining spots. ABS may also seek Brooklyn locations for the populist wine seller.

Pricing was not available for either deal.

Mark Tergesen, Managing Director for ABS, represented Terroir, while Michael Papilsky of The Parkoff Organization represented ownership in-house. Mr. Tergesen and colleague Jay Einbender represented both parties in the Bathub Gin transaction.
