Covering 7,213 square feet on the 36th floor, the game developer will be neighbors with other high-impact media companies like Nickelodeon, MTV and Paramount Studios, said Steve Durels, executive vice president and director of leasing and real property for SL Green (SLG), the building’s owner.

Natasha Brown of Jones Lang LaSalle represented Electronic Arts in the deal while David Kaufman, of SL Green’s in-house team, acted on behalf of the owners.

“We are excited to welcome such a prestigious international software provider to 1515 Broadway,” Mr. Durels said in a statement. “Electronic Arts is an ideal complement to the building.”
