OuterStuff, hawkers of miniature jerseys for wannabe Sanchezes and Rodgers, has scored a grown-up-size space at Harbor Group‘s newly acquired 1412 Broadway. The garment maker for kids has taken 34,000 square feet, or the 18th and 19th floors, of the 415,000-square-foot tower, Crain’s reports.

This is the first new tenant since Harbor Group acquired the renovated glass tower from Norman Sturner for $150 million in December, after previous bids had been in the $140 million range, the New York Post reported. The deal brings occupancy in the garment district building to 92 percent.

The landlord is planning a $10 million reno, including an upgrade of the lobby–which already looks pretty spiffy from the outside. Outerstuff will move into the new space within the next year after construction on its two floors is completed.

Other tenants include a slightly less sweaty set, such as Jones New York and Escada.

Jordan Slone and Brian Boehmcke represented the landlord in-house. Simeon Weber of Norman Bobrow represented the tenant.
