The fourth-largest U.S. international long-distance carrier has renewed its lease for 35,000 square feet at 90 John Street, which the group acquired in 1995. IDB is also the primary tenant at Moinian’s 80 John Street.

Moinian senior associate director Kimia Shadrokh said the downtown locations offer telecommunications companies ready access to communications networks. “IDB Communications recommitment to 90 John Street reaffirms the building’s position as a destination for high-tech and communications companies looking for both convenient access for employees and proximity to high-speed fiber networks.”

Adam Leshowitz, Jamie Jacobs and Robert Sattler of Newmark Knight Frank represented the owner. Jeffrey Heller of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant.
