Empire State Building
Au Bon Pain has signed a lease for 1,338 square feet on the ground floor of the Empire State Building at 350 Fifth Avenue. The store will occupy the space for 10 years, with an asking rent of $200 per square foot.
Jacqueline Klinger of Northwest Atlantic represented the tenant. Andrew Goldberg and Eric Gelber of CB Richard Ellis represented the landlord, W&H Properties.
Crain’s reported the lease on June 3.
