Charles Borrok and Josh Kuriloff, two longtime brokers at Cushman & Wakefield (CWK), were named the firm’s highest-performing salesmen for 2009, it was announced.

Messrs. Borrok and Kuriloff were both involved in some of the most complicated real estate deals of 2009, including the 140,000-square-foot deal that effectively renamed the former Sears Tower as the Willis Tower. In total, they completed 44 transactions-a combination of acquisitions and dispositions-throughout the New York metropolitan region and the United States at large, according to a release.

“Despite the challenges of the past year, these two professionals have continued to bring value to their clients and to our firm,” said John Santora, president and CEO for the Americas region at Cushman & Wakefield, in a prepared statement. “We congratulate them on their continued success and thank them for their leadership.”
