FirstService Williams, the soon-to-be Colliers (CIGI) International, has tapped Frank Edwards to head the firm’s growing project management division.

Mr. Edwards, who will be responsible for hiring as many as six new project management professionals in the coming months, will be in charge of managing all aspects of project management for the firm’s tristate portfolio. Mr. Edwards’ previous experience as a vice president for Goldman Sachs, where he managed the company’s office campuses in New Jersey and New York City, positioned the 25-year real estate veteran as a leader in his field, said FirstService CEO Mark Jaccom.

“Frank Edwards is a true project management expert,” said Mr. Jaccom in a prepared statement. “Not only has Frank led some of the region’s most complicated project management assignments, but he understands how executives at firms undergoing these projects think and operate.”
